How to request the latest TV Box?

Frequently asked questions

Exchanging an old TV Box for a new one is very easy. With the latest TV Box, you'll experience Pickx in the best way possible. However, please note there is a one-time exchange fee of €49.

The one-time exchange fee drops if you are subscribed to one of the following TV option(s) Pickx All Stars, Pickx All Stars & Sports, Disney+, Flex Netflix or Be TV. However, if you already dispose of an Android TV Box but want to upgrade to a more recent version of this Box with wifi and more compact, the unique fee is valid and not waived.

To request a new TV Box:

  • Navigate to the Pickx TV menu ('Shop') on your TV screen.
  • Or contact our customer service.

A synonym for 4K is "Ultra HD". This is a resolution of 3,840 by 2,160 pixels. So Ultra HD is a very high resolution, four times higher than "Full HD", which has a resolution of 1,920 by 1,080 pixels. So the bottom line is that you get to see more pixels and therefore more details on your TV. This sharper reproduction of images means a better movie experience. To be able to enjoy this you'll also need 4K content (movies/series), a 4K television and a good Internet connection (bandwidth of at least 23 Mbps). 
High Dynamic Range (HDR) makes the colors brighter and more realistic. Moreover, you'll see a lot more details. From the latest movie to your favorite series, everything becomes more vivid than ever.

Our latest TV Box includes integrated Wi-Fi 6 technology. You can choose to wirelessly connect the device to your home network without an external booster. However, for an optimal and stable TV experience, a wired connection is still recommended. With the flexibility to choose between these two options, you can decide how you want to connect your TV Box.

The rent of your first TV Box is included in your Flex pack. For a 2nd TV Box you pay an additional €8/month. As from a 3rd TV Box it is €6/month.

In Flex Premium pack 2 TV Boxes are free.

If you do not have a TV Box, the price of your Flex pack remains the same.
