How did you order and download Norton Security (1 or 5)?
- from the Norton website, App Store or Play Store: you will have to enter your product key (once) to use the app once it’s installed. It’s a combination of 13 digits and letters you’ll find in MyProximus.
- From MyProximus: you do not need this key if you download Norton via MyProximus.
